Shipping Policy

Shipping Cutoff Times:

  • Basic and Priority Orders: Orders placed before 2 pm (EST) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Expedited orders must be placed before 12 pm (EST) to be eligible for same-day shipping.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after the cutoff time on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Daily Shipping Hours:

Shipping operations are conducted from 10 am to 3 pm (EST) every Monday to Friday.

Shipping Methods and Times:

  1. Basic Shipping:

    • Carrier: USPS First Class or equivalent.
    • Delivery Time: 1-7 days, depending on your proximity to our warehouse in CT.
    • Fulfillment Centers: Some fulfillment centers may use different shipping services.
  2. Priority Shipping:

    • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or equivalent.
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 days, depending on your proximity to our warehouse in CT.
    • Fulfillment Centers: Some fulfillment centers may use equivalent services.
  3. Expedited Shipping:

    • Carrier: UPS Overnight.
    • Delivery Time: Overnight for orders shipped before 12 pm (EST), arriving the following day for orders shipped after 12 pm (EST).

Signature Requirement:

All orders are subject to a 21+ signature requirement upon delivery. This ensures the responsible receipt of our CBD and natural wellness products.

Fulfillment Center Variations:

Please note that orders containing items shipped from fulfillment centers may arrive in separate packages. Additionally, these orders may take up to an extra 3 days to arrive compared to packages shipped directly from Earth Grown Wellness.

Return & Refund Policy 


If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email
our customer support at support@earthgrownwellness.com

We will not need any information from you in the email, the email is for tracking
purposes only as well as where we will communicate with you in regards to any
troubleshooting we may ask you to do on the product as well as your new tracking if we
need to send out new product.
Going forward to return an item you will fill out an RMA form which well link below.

Terms & Conditions:
● If utilizing an approved Prepaid Card, Earth Grown Wellness LLC will
attempt to refund the payment method within the scope of our refund policy.
Earth Grown Wellness LLC is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid
Card in the event that the cardholder no longer has possession of the
Prepaid Card utilized in the transaction.
● Any cosmetic damage from the Manufacturer must be reported within 24
hours of delivery.
● You may return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 7 days
of purchase.
● You may not return any opened or used products for hygienic reasons.
Products are non-refundable once they have been opened or used.
● We may charge a 15% restocking fee if the original product is not in brand
new condition or the original packaging you are returning is defective.
● When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned,
the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund
amount.
● To return a product, you must pay for shipping.

reserves the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for any
typographical errors
